Not every assignment needs to be a full research paper — but what if even the most routine tasks could help students build their research confidence?
Join librarian Mark McKnight for a 30-minute workshop where we’ll explore practical strategies for weaving research skills into assignments that don’t traditionally require them. From quizzes and problem sets to reflections, lab reports, and portfolios, you’ll see how small adjustments can create meaningful opportunities for students to practice finding, evaluating, and citing sources.
